Directions from M5:

Exit jct 27. Take A361 towards Barnstaple. At Barnstaple, turn left onto A39, then left onto A377. After 4 miles, turn right following the sign to Yarnscombe (opposite Chapleton train station and just before Chapleton Saw mills) Take 1st right then follow the road to Yarnscombe village. Turn left in village centre. Continue 200 meters until you see Northchurch Farm sign on bank in front of you.
